MYgroup's EAP is an organization-sponsored benefit, connecting you to resources made to help you through your challenges. Through onsite counseling, you can meet with a mental health professional at your workplace. Participation is free and confidential.

If you would rather meet offsite, or if your family members need professional support or resources, please call MYgroup (800.633.3353) 24/7, or complete a request form at mygroup.com > Login > Participants and we will call you. MYgroup can connect you with counseling (individual, couples, family) and resources (e.g., legal referral, financial counseling).

No matter how you connect with MYgroup, you and household family members can get professional support for life’s personal, family, and work-related matters. Participation is free and confidential. We are here to help you and your loved ones through life's ups and downs, including relationship/martial issues, parenting, stress, work-related concerns, depression or anxiety, alcohol and drug use/abuse, and grief & loss.
